DESCRIPTION:
EPOXY S/L based on high performance epoxy resin &
curing agents. This is a three-component system of
resin, curing agent and carefully graded high
abrasion/chemical resistant fillers. Product is selfleveling
to achieve excellent gloss, attractive, hygienic
and very hardwearing & chemical resistant finish.

FEATURES:
1) Being smooth, joint less and monolithic surface it is
very easy to clean and to make it dust free.
2) Product is based on high performance epoxy resin
&
curing agent system. The flooring system has
excellent overall chemical resistance at ambient
temperature.
3) A carefully selected and graded high wearing
aggregate gives very strong floor toppings to withstand
normal foot and light vehicular traffic.
System is available in many attractive colors.

APPLICATION:
PRIMER COAT
Apply one coat of EPOXY S/L primer on properly prepared
surface by brush and allow it to dry.
SELF LEVEL TOPPLING
First mix the resin part A, thoroughly with slow speed
mixer until uniform color is achieved. Then add curing
agent part B and mix again with mixer. After that add
filler par C and mix with mixer until a homogeneous,
lumps free mass is achieved.
Then, pour it on primed surface and work with notched
trowel to required thickness and apply spike roller to
remove air. Proper mixing is the key factor to get
uniform color and smooth surface.

RECOMMENDED
USES:
EPOXY S/L is highly recommended, for use, for extremely
hygienic condition, chemical resistant and dust free areas
like: Clean Room Food Processing Industries Pharmaceuticals
Electronic Industries Hospitals etc.

METHOD
OF APPLICATION:
SURFACE PREPARATION
Successful performance of EPOXY S/L or any other flooring
system can achieve only after proper surface preparation.
It is the prime requirement that surface must correctly
prepared before application. ? New concrete or cementations
surface must be cured for 28 days. ? Surface must be
free from any oils, grease, loose partials, curing aid
chemicals, previously applied coating etc…
1) Surface must be fully dry.
2)For old surface, all cracks, cavities should be repaired
with EPOXY mortar.
3) This is a very thin topping so cannot level any irregularities
of levels of the original sub-base. Therefore, it is
most important to make original surface in line &
level, before application of EPOXY S/L.

STORAGE:
All the components Resin, Hardener & Filler must be
kept in cool, dry place and in covered shed.

HEALTH & SAFETY:
It is advisable to wear protective wears at the time
of use of EPOXY S/L and all other our products. In case
of contact with eyes and skin, wash with plenty of water
and consult a doctor. This information, given above
